How Is Mental Health Treated?

If you frequently feel sad, hopeless, or overwhelmed, notice changes in your eating or sleeping patterns, or experience heightened anger or irritability, you may be struggling with anxiety or depression. These mental health conditions can arise from a variety of factors, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), past trauma or abuse, medical conditions, or chemical imbalances. In a private consultation, Dr. Babe will take the time to understand your experiences and identify potential triggers for your anxiety or depression. Based on this assessment, she can recommend personalized treatment options, which may include lifestyle adjustments, behavioral therapies, or medication management.
