Dr. Babe is a top-notch primary care-giver and diagnostician. I first heard about her when a friend told me about a rare and potentially fatal skin condition that she diagnosed when others failed to. (He was subsequently treated and is doing fine.) She is extremely thorough and conscientious and works hard for her patients. Her little stand-alone office is old school and feels homey and intimate. Her small staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Babe is always prompt when I contact her through the portal with a concern or to ask for a refill. She will also answer or return calls to her cell phone although I've rarely had to use that. Some may balk at the cost of the MDVIP program, but for me it is well worth it and now I can pay for it out of a tax-exempt Health Savings Account that effectively reduces the cost to me. Her whole operation is far & away superior to any primary care doctor I have ever been to. At 66 years old there have been many. For me, I think MDVIP is too expensive. The only reason I joined is because Dr. Babe would no longer see me if I did not.
